PopArtComics Studio

Created in 2005, today it is already one of the most respected studios of Artistic Creation and Production in Latin America. It provides services for large publications of well-known publishing houses such as DC Comics, Marvel Comics, and Dark Horse.

Challenge

Develop a new website for the studio using its new visual identity and a language that is more appropriate for presenting the excellent portfolio of the PopArtComics artists. The website had to meet the needs of 2 distinct audiences: publishing houses and the entertainment crowd (especially in the United States), as well as fans and other people interested in the studio's artistic production. It was also necessary to have a Content Manager to allow real-time content publishing.

Solution

The website was developed based on an architectural study of specific information for portfolios, selecting 4 graphic highlights for the website's home as well as the latest news items. The versions in 2 languages (Portuguese and English) are recognized automatically according to the visitor's country of access. The new brand was emphasized throughout the website's entire graphic concept by highlighting its color palette (red, black, and yellow). The website's entire administration was centralized in a single safe area, making it possible to update content at any moment.
