The Embelleze Institute is a network of franchises focused on training beauty care professionals. Present in 80% of the states in Brazil with more than 200 franchises, it has trained more than 130,000 professionals for the job market and currently has more than 55,000 students registered and has the goal of reaching the level of 500 franchises by next year.

Challenge
Automate, using an online platform, the process of checking and printing student certificates for the various courses for all the franchises around the country. To do so, the system would have to access and check every day the information contained in the two local systems that run in each franchise, making it possible for the user to print only the certificates actually authorized.
Solution
The Certificate Automation tool was developed fully integrated with the school management system and the Institute's financial system. Through daily synchronizations, the system checks the data of all the students in the country. The franchised units, on the other hand, request the certificates using the same platform, which makes it very dynamic and the institute has no problems with delaying its commitments.
